Cooling
A production process is not complete without the appropriate cooling of the product before it can be filled. ProXES has the expertise to cool your product as gently as possible but also quickly to the desired final temperature. Batch or continuous cooling systems can meet the requirements of the product.
Thanks to a heat transfer optimized double jacket, batch cooling processes can be realized in almost all processes used by FrymaKoruma, Stephan or Terlet. Thus, cooking and cooling processes can be carried out in only one system. In a continuous process, the Terlet Terlotherm is the ProXES solution to achieve the targeted capacities of the customer's requirement. All process solutions work with agitators that are gentle on the product in order to maintain the desired structures and ingredients as far as possible. Water or a water-glycol mixture can be used as cooling medium.
